R&M Automatic Solutions is a company incorporated in the Dominican Republic that carries out commercial and service-related activities, including, but not limited to:

·       Sale of products;

·       Medical equipment;

·       Technology products;

·       Industrial automation;

·       Components and spare parts;

·       Design and engineering;

·       Installation;

·       Maintenance;

·       Repair;

·       Consulting;

·       Training;

·       In-person, online and hybrid courses.

The company may conduct operations and provide services in the Dominican Republic, Cuba and other markets, according to the conditions applicable to each operation.

2. Acceptance

Use of the website, creation of an account, submission of a service request, enrollment in a course, or completion of a purchase means that the user has read and accepts the applicable terms and conditions.

When a transaction requires specific terms and conditions, those terms shall prevail over the general terms when they have been expressly accepted by the parties.

3. User Account

The user is responsible for:

·       Keeping their information up to date;

·       Protecting their login credentials;

·       Not sharing their account;

·       Reporting any unauthorized access.

R&M may suspend or terminate accounts when there are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, misuse of the platform, manipulation of promotions, unjustified chargebacks, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or unlawful use.

4. Products

Products may be classified as:

·       Available in inventory;

·       Made to order;

·       Customized;

·       Manufactured;

·       Specifically imported for the customer.

The availability displayed on the website may be subject to confirmation, particularly for made-to-order or specifically imported products.

5. Prices

Prices may be displayed in different currencies.

R&M may modify prices before a transaction is confirmed.

Once an order has been confirmed, the price may remain as agreed, unless the parties subsequently agree to a modification.

Discounts, vouchers, promotions and special prices may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

6. Payments

Depending on availability, R&M may accept:

·       Zelle;

·       Azul;

·       Stripe;

·       Other available payment methods.

A payment shall only be considered received and confirmed when R&M is able to effectively verify that the funds are available.

Submitting a payment receipt does not necessarily mean that the payment has been confirmed.

Partial payments may be accepted when permitted for the relevant transaction.

7. Services

A service request does not necessarily constitute a definitive contract.

Depending on the service, R&M may carry out:

·       Diagnosis;

·       Inspection;

·       Quotation;

·       Customer approval;

·       Scheduling;

·       Execution.

When necessary, certain services may require an advance payment.

If, during the execution of a service, additional work, parts, materials or conditions arise that were not originally contemplated, R&M may stop the affected portion of the work and provide an additional quotation.

8. Courses

Courses may be:

·       In-person;

·       Online;

·       Hybrid.

Access may include:

·       Videos;

·       YouTube;

·       Documents;

·       Google Drive;

·       PDFs;

·       Infographics;

·       Photographs;

·       Zoom;

·       Google Meet;

·       Other platforms.

Access to certain materials may be limited to the period established for the course.

9. Intellectual Property

R&M content and content licensed to R&M are protected under applicable laws and regulations.

Unless authorized, the following are prohibited:

·       Copying;

·       Redistributing;

·       Reselling;

·       Publishing;

·       Sharing;

·       Modifying;

·       Downloading and redistributing;

·       Commercially using

R&M's protected content, courses, manuals, designs, videos, photographs, software or materials.

R&M may also use third-party content under the applicable licenses.

10. Modifications

R&M may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

Modifications shall not be interpreted as a retroactive modification of terms and conditions already agreed upon, except when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or when the parties expressly agree to a modification.
